Support and design principles

TxtSays explains both what it can do and where its limits begin.

Text PDFs and TXT

TxtSays reads an existing text layer. Image-only scans need OCR before they can be read.

Korean and English speech

TxtSays uses its local female F1 model by default and lets you choose Microsoft, Google, or other browser/device voices in the player settings.

Browser-first processing

Extraction and sentence planning happen in the browser. TxtSays does not store your file or extracted full document on its servers.

Word lookup by choice

Korean–English meanings are off by default. Dictionaries and on-device translation are used only after you enable the feature.
